SHIPPING
As Coelho is a nomadic brand & workshop, shipping times may vary depending on accessibility to the nearest post office. Please allow 10-12 days for pieces ordered to be shipped.
We will follow up after your order is placed with an exact timeline, but welcome you to email with any questions on a products lead-time if you are curious before purchasing.
AUS domestic shipping
All domestic shipping is sent through Auspost on a standard $10 or express $17. We offer free standard shipping on any orders over $300.
International shipping
All international shipping is sent through Auspost International Economy Air for a calculated $40.
At this time, we are only shipping to New Zealand, China, US, Canada, UK & Ireland. Please contact us via email or Instagram if you have an inquiry about shipping to other countries.
RETURNS

As each item is unique, and we are most often only able to make one piece from the material - we’d like to respect other customers requesting the same piece. Please be respectful of our work and be a serious buyer. Less shipping, less waste.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a message to notify you whether the return has been approved or rejected. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed & money will be sent to the original bank account used (or store credit will be applied).

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund/credit.
